We develop across all sectors, including residential, commercial, retail and leisure, mixed-use, student accommodation and regeneration projects. The vibrant, sustainable, and connected places we develop aim to improve the quality of life of the people who live, work or spend time in them.  Our team of 40 are behind projects that have transformed local communities, from Hallsville Quarter in London’s Canning Town, which is one of the biggest urban regeneration projects in the UK, to The Forum, Birmingham’s first major build-to-rent project. We were also recently appointed the preferred development partner for the ‘Triangle’ site, on the St Thomas’ campus, by Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust.
