The role

  • Create and issue daily schedule for project works
  • Work closely with the site operations /gangers to ascertain the progress of all works types
  • Review all available reports to ensure the delivery date targets are being achieved and escalate any that are at risk of non-achievement
  • Develop plans for recovery of overdue orders
  • Review productivity of operational teams
  • Preparation of electronic notices for transfer to the Street works team
  • Completion of works information on the Management system

The person

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working to tight deadlines and attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word/Excel
  • Good Organisational and administrative skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Meticulous approach to ensuring accuracy of data entry
  • Experience in a contracting environment is desirable
