We’re Hiring: Technical Requirements Manager
As the Technical Requirements Manager, you will play a pivotal role in interpreting and developing the technical requirements outlined in the Programme Alliance Agreement. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring these requirements are met for delivery, assurance, and handover, working in close consultation with the Civil Works Programme and other stakeholders.

Our mission is to support the building of Sizewell C, a 3.2-gigawatt power station that will provide low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes, ensuring a reliable, clean energy supply for at least 60 years.
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified engineer or similar with multi-disciplinary experience.
- Proven expertise in technical assurance and certification, preferably ISO 9001.
- Excellent communication, management, and coordination skills.
- Experience with nuclear requirements and in a construction environment is desirable.
- Ability to lead, mentor junior staff, and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a Technical Requirements Plan, ensuring it aligns with the Programme Alliance Agreement.
Conduct iterative requirements analysis to define functional requirements in the context of operational environments.
Collaborate with engineering, technical teams, and the supply chain to implement formal requirements management processes.
Oversee the communication and implementation of technical requirements across all project stages.
Conduct internal audits and evaluate changes to ensure quality and compliance.
