Technical Planner
Bouygues Energies & Services Solutions - Waterloo - Becket House
We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Planner to join our Asset Team based out of our London Waterloo office. This role will ideally suit a person from a facilities management background but will welcome candidates from either a non-technical or technical background.
The main purpose of this role is to support the successful implementation of planned maintenance regimes across all our FM contracts. Our facilities management business offers a bespoke service through a client-centric delivery model, focusing on supporting your brand, customers and employees.
Key activities
- Supporting the successful implementation of planned maintenance regimes across the operations
- Carrying out integrity checks of asset capture data to ensure that the data complies with internal standards and processes
- Generating appropriate planned maintenance regimes from the corporate master job plans
- Providing support to sites ensuring a smooth set up of an operational planned maintenance regime
especially during mobilisation of new contracts - Carrying out or assisting with asset verification surveys and the compiling of condition reports
- Assessing and recording the general condition of M&E assets based on high level visual / audio assessment and general engineering experience
- Notifying the asset support team manager of any unsafe conditions or defects requiring escalation
- Providing support, advisory and training services to operations teams ensuring the continuous and successful application of corporate planned maintenance regimes
Skills, qualifications and experience
- Must have practical experience and knowledge of building maintenance systems and processes
- Able to manipulate data across several platforms including Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
- Great time management skills and ability to work under own initiative
- Able to obtain DBS and SC security clearance
- Familiarity with Maximo is desirable, further training will be given
