We’re Hiring: Team Administrator
Join Our Team as a Team Administrator at Sizewell C! Based at our London or Suffolk Offices, with hybrid working available.
In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, supporting the team with a variety of essential administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will range from booking travel and accommodation to coordinating diaries, arranging events, and managing IT requests. You will also play a key role in onboarding new starters and ensuring our team’s smooth day-to-day functioning.
As part of the CWA (Civil Works Alliance), we are thrilled to support the monumental Sizewell C project. This 3.2-gigawatt power station will generate low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes, securing a reliable and clean energy future for at least 60 years. We are looking for a dedicated and organized Team Administrator to join our SZC team, playing a crucial role in our journey towards a sustainable and energy-efficient future.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent organizational skills and can effectively multi-task.
- Works well both independently and as part of a team.
- Possesses strong communication skills and can manage efficient electronic filing systems.
- Has experience with Office 365 and is familiar with office working environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage general office administration duties, including handling mail, maintaining personnel records, and ordering PPE.
Organize and document meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain efficient communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
Utilize financial and procurement systems for ordering office supplies and act as a Local Purchasing Agent.
Support the team by addressing IT and office facility issues.
Collaborate with team leaders to track key performance metrics and support decision-making with regular reports and analysis.
