Bouygues UK have an exciting opportunity for an Systems Administrator for our Shared Service Centre, working in our vibrant Finance office in Haywards Heath.

Job Purpose and Scope:

•    To carry out all System Administrator activities to a competent standard and ensuring the Company’s financial transactions are recorded accurately. 
•    To drive a ‘right first time’ approach to all activities and develop a culture of delivering service excellence.
•    To provide a professional customer service experience to Bouygues internal and external businesses.
•    Drive a culture of continuous improvements and to share best practices

Accountabilities and key tasks:

•    User access administration for SAP and the purchasing platforms HAPlus/PABLO (creation & amendment of user profiles) for all Bouygues entities in UK
•    Proactive regular reviews of SAP user access rights to ensure in line with policy access matrix
•    Responsible for the creation & amending of system workflows in SAP & purchasing platforms  
•    SAP supplier, subcontractor, employees & client address book administration (creation & amendments) in line with company policies & UK legislation
•    Creating user delegations on SAP and purchasing platforms 
•    Obtaining D&B credit reports as required
•    Actively monitor and resolve enquiries received into the shared SAP support desk mailboxes 
•    IT account coordination, to request creation of local new user accounts and follow up via OASIS portal & liaison with BYCN IT UK
•    To proactively resolve & recognise the root cause of queries, to introduce improvements and reduce potential service disruptions
•    Maintain well organised and accurate online filing utilising Office 365 suite

Essential

- SAP Experience or similar ERP system

- Detail focused & organised

- Calm, professional and driver of excellent service to our suppliers and internal stakeholders

 Desirable 

- CIS knowledge
