Bouygues Energies & Services Solutions - South East London
Bouygues Energies & Services currently has an exciting opportunity for a Site Facilities & Services Escort to join our Facilities Management team working at various police stations in South East London and Gravesend. This is a permanent part-time position working 20 hours per week, Mon to Fri.
The role:
- Escorting uncleared subcontractors, in line with security requirements, to carry out PPMs, reactive works, project works, lifecycle and variations
- To undertake and support the completion of non-technical PPM tasks such as tap flushing and building environmental checks
- To fulfil the role of health and safety representative by completing site audits and joining the monthly committee meetings
- Perform routine audits on all facilities, paying attention to building faults and raising work orders on Maximo as appropriate
- Working 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day as rostered
The person:
- Subject to security vetting by the Metropolitan Police
- A flexible and proactive approach to work with a can do attitude
- Ideally should have experience of working in a similar role and can demonstrate previous experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience of working in a customer focused environment essential
- Basic knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
