Site Facilities & Services Escort

Bouygues Energies & Services currently has an exciting opportunity for a Site Facilities & Services Escort to join our Facilities Management team working at various police stations in South East London and Gravesend.  This is a permanent part-time position working 20 hours per week, Mon to Fri.

The role:

• Escorting uncleared subcontractors, in line with security requirements, to carry out PPMs, reactive works, project works, lifecycle and variations
• To undertake and support the completion of non-technical PPM tasks such as tap flushing and building environmental checks
• To fulfil the role of health and safety representative by completing site audits and joining the monthly committee meetings
• Perform routine audits on all facilities, paying attention to building faults and raising work orders on Maximo as appropriate
• Working 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day as rostered

The person:

• Subject to security vetting by the Metropolitan Police
• A flexible and proactive approach to work with a can do attitude
• Ideally should have experience of working in a similar role and can demonstrate previous experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience of working in a customer focused environment essential
• Basic knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
