Bouygues UK have an exciting opportunity for a Site Administrator with responsibility for Social Value and act as an Environmental Champion to work on a new and exciting health sector project. The project is the West Middlesex Ambulatory Diagnostic Centre, valued at £52 million. This state-of-the-art facility would provide diagnostic imaging such as X-ray, CT and MRI as well as cancer treatment and renal dialysis for people with kidney problems. There would also be a training and education centre within the unit.

Job Purposes and Scope:
This role is multi-faceted with it covering 3 core responsibilities with the project team onsite for the duration of the project. The role offers you also a broader range of responsibilities and learning opportunities within the construction environment.
- Site Administrator - In this fast-paced role, you will enjoy a variety of challenging administrative tasks and overseeing the project`s process administration
- Social Value Advisor / resident liaison – responsible for the delivery and implementation of all activities pertaining to Social Value, ensuring that the site team are kept aware and informed of progression whilst also delivering client satisfaction
- Environmental Champion – work with the site team on environmental initiatives with the aim to improve the environmental performance on site and in the surrounding areas
Accountabilities and key tasks
- Managing the site team / project director’s diary
- Maintaining organisation for on-site meetings and travel arrangements
- Welcoming clients to site and liaising with contractors
- Ordering site supplies – stationary, PPE etc…
- Help build Bouygues UK’s reputation within the local community.
- Lead on the Considerate Constructors Scheme
- Act as the Resident liaison for the local community and stakeholders building collaborative relationships.
- Work with the site team championing Environmental issues, input on environmental management systems and environmental Toolbox Talks
