Site Administrator
Bouygues Energies & Services Solutions - Suffolk
We currently have a new opportunity for a Site Administrator at our depot in Melton, where you will become an integral part of our ongoing street lighting installation and maintenance projects across Suffolk. Bouygues Energies & Services has a long-established highways and street lighting business that works alongside local government authorities and tier 1 contractors across parts of the UK.
Role
- Day to day administration of the Suffolk contract supporting the Office Manager and members of the management team to ensure smooth running of the contract.
- Assist with the management of the fleet for the contract, reporting & managing Insurance Claims.
- Producing monthly contract performance reports and managing the daily reactive reports to reduce the amount of late and return jobs. Reporting on faults and any contract issues and escalating to the relevant person
- Client Reporting on a weekly and monthly basis and meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
- Raising works order and permits for the branch and contractors and ensuring payments are made within time & raising permits for branch and contractor works and closing the permit at the apocopate time
- To fulfil Health & Safety responsibilities in accordance with the requirements of the Company's Health & Safety Policy and Health & Safety Management Plans
- Updating the Health and Safety database for the branch for monthly reporting and to conduct Fire Warden duties
- Recording, processing and resolving enquiries and complaints from members of the public and the client. Producing to associated reports for the contract. Inputting on the CMS system
- Assist with the completion of associated paperwork and databases related to the contract including vehicle information, subcontractor administration and support with the adherence to VOSA regulations.
- Attending and recording minutes for monthly monitoring meetings
- Raising purchase orders and support with webcycle
- To provide administration support with payroll.
- To comply with the Company’s Policies, Management Plans and Procedures
- To undertake such other duties appropriate to the level and character of work as may reasonably be required within the Department / Service. Significant permanent changes in duties will require agreed revisions to be made to this Job Description
