Bouygues Energies & Services currently has an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager to join our Facilities Management team at West Middlesex University Hospital in Isleworth.  This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8am-5pm. 

 

The role:

  • Reporting to the Operations Manager
  • Manage the team on a day-to-day basis, with support from the supervisor and senior management.
  • Responsible for the compliance of the team with service schedules, company procedures / policies and client requirements
  • Co-ordinate staff rotas and schedules to ensure optimum economic and operational coverage is maintained
  • Responsible for all aspects of the service desk, ensuring an effective and professional service operating to a high degree of accuracy
  • Assist in the recruitment, induction and ongoing training, development and motivation of staff.
  • Working 40 hours per week, from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday

 

The person:

  • Must have experience of supervising / managing staff
  • Will have experience gained in a building services environment
  • Desirable to have experience in a healthcare environment
  • Will have excellent communication skills
  • Will have excellent IT skills, and strong commitment to health and safety
  • Able to demonstrate strong communication and client relationship skills
