Service Delivery Manager - 3 month FTC
Bouygues Energies & Services Solutions - Kings Cross
Bouygues Energies and Services is a global Facilities Management contractor and currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Delivery Manager looking to join our team on a 3 month fixed term contract based at university buildings in King’s Cross, Camberwell & Elephant & Castle.
The role:
- Reporting to the General Manager
- To manage a multi-site service delivery for hard and soft services. Ensure a high level of service is carried out in accordance with contract specification.
- To ensure the effective management of staff working on the contract, including the management of all associated subcontractors
- To maintain a close liaison with the Client FM Function ensuring day to day requirements of delivering the FM contract are met
- To act as a Maximo superuser (CAFM system) performing the necessary training, set up and improvement actions on the contract
- To monitor expenditure and income within agreed budgets, to maximise profitability of operations
- To lead in the recruitment, induction and ongoing training, development and motivation of staff
- Ensure the implementation and adherence of contractual and statutory compliance is adhered to
- Assist in the management of all HR related issues, where appropriate, in line with company policy.
- Working 40 hours per week from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday; this is a 3 month fixed-term contract until 30th
The person:
- Must have experience of managing Service Delivery of Hard and Soft Services across Multi-Site Contracts with experience of managing and developing a team, including HR issues
- First class customer care skills with proven ability to consistently go the extra mile
- Must have experience of Managing Multi Site Compliance
- Ideally, will hold a relevant qualification e.g. WIFM/BIFM or similar; QHSE Qualifications i.e. IOSH/NEBOSH desirable
- IT Literate, knowledge of using Maximo or similar CAFM system essential
