Senior Marketing Manager

Bouygues E&S Solutions currently has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our Marketing & Communications team in our H/O in London.
The main duties and responsibilities of the Senior Marketing Manager will include:
- Reporting into the UK Head of Marketing & Communications, you will work closely with the Business Development, Digital Transformation, Innovation and Shared Services teams to design and deliver marketing plans that supports the annual business plan
- Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the company, its products and goals and its client base to implement effective marketing campaigns
- Launching and leading a new “Product Marketing” approach: from bringing a product/service/solutions to market, define product’s positioning and key messaging together with our business development team, launching the product/solution/services and getting feedback from our clients for continuous improvement
- Setting, tracking and analysing KPIs for all marketing activities
- Leading the creation of photography, videography, artwork, marketing materials, etc.
- Creating compelling content for social media, website, email etc. (working closely with our Copywriter and External Comms Manager)
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with numerous stakeholders across multiple parts of the business
- Marketing budget management
- Occasional travel to various sites across the UK to meet with colleagues or clients and attend tradeshows / events will be required
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, experience, and qualification:
Essential:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Marketing qualifications (BA or MSc)
- Data Driven mindset
- Strong team player – works well in a team
- Excellent communication & collaborative skills
- Proven research skills (gaining insight into customer needs and experiences, analysis of data, surveys, and customer interviews, leveraging on key people’s market knowledge)
Desirable:
- Previous experience in renewable energy / facilities management / engineering sectors
- Oracle and Salesforce CRM knowledge
