Security Concierge
Bouygues Energies & Services Solutions - Waterloo (Becket House)
Bouygues Energies and Services currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Security Concierge to join our Security Solutions team covering a key site in Central London.
Key activities:
- Reports to the Regional Security Management team
- Deliver all aspects of security whilst providing a safe and secure environment for client’s assets and people
- Ensure access control, visitor monitoring and booking systems are complied with
- Monitor entrances and exits by patrolling and the use of surveillance equipment
- Challenge unescorted/unidentified visitors and contractors
- Liaise with external authorities, where appropriate, to ensure security is maintained at all times
- Carry out VIP escort duties when required
- Be the first point of contact in the event of an incident or emergency
- Working 12 hour shifts 19:00 to 07:00 4 on 4 off
Skills, qualifications & experience:
- SIA Security Licence essential
- CCTV Licence desirable
- Good oral and written communication skills, and be able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people
- Flexible and enthusiastic approach to your work
- Must have experience in Incident Management and Alarm Responses
- The ability to act appropriately under pressure is crucial as you may be required to act in critical incidents
- Must be client/customer focused and able to represent the Company in a professional manner at all times
