Bouygues Energies and Services has an opportunity to join our team as a Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager.  

The successful candidate will provide expert guidance on how the business can achieve the best possible results through refining process and continuous improvement.  The Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager will work with the team to ensure that all Quality standards are met and monitored and will have the opportunity to drive excellence and make a real difference to the business.

The role:

  • Work with the internal teams (process owners) to ensure full agreement and understanding of quality requirements.
  • Work with the Process Owners in setting audits, reviewing feedback and updating policies, procedures and actively promote ways of working and efficiencies.
  • Have responsibility for the Management System, ensuring it is updated, audited and externally accredited.  
  • Define strategic actions that will aid process simplification and improvement in the systems and methods in which the business and people operate.
  • Develop projects and campaigns to raise awareness of Quality & Continuous improvement.
  • Support the implementation of new process utilising the most appropriate methodology and tools required.
  • Complete accurate monthly reviews and reporting in line with agreed formatted and methods, including annual management review carried out in line with ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards.
  • Understand standard reporting systems and details plans to drive project performance and ensure the business corporate reporting requirements are implemented and evaluated.
  • Work with the leadership teams in identifying business KPI’s and measuring, monitoring and reporting upon their effectiveness.
  • Coach teams and individuals through logical problem-solving processes to achieve efficient and effective solutions.
  • Lead Continuous Improvement training and influence a continuous improvement culture.

The person:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the Engineering/Construction environment with a successful track record of operational change and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to influence and train others in continuous improvement tools and techniques.
  • Proven experience of work to ISO standards including ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001.
  • Strong analytical and financial management skills.
  •  A good team player and communicator who is able to work with all levels of the organisation.
