Proposals Coordinator

Bouygues Energies & Services currently has an exciting opportunity for a Proposals Coordinator to support our growing business development department. Our company is eager to expand across the private FM sector in the UK and in order to achieve this, we need to grow capacity within this department. The Proposals Coordinator is an integral part of the BD team in aiding the production of the critical PQQ and bid submissions documents.
Some of the duties and responsibilities of the Proposals Coordinator will involve:
- To work with the Proposals Manager to co-ordinate the monitoring of opportunities through business trackers and portals to ensure continued growth of company pipeline
- Under the direction of the Proposals Manager ensure all trackers and portals are effectively updated and managed in line with company information and certification and to ensure the continued flow of information updates to bid teams
- Will need to deliver the production of documents for PQQ and Bid submissions including liaison with Bid Managers/BD Directors in accordance with all client and internal deadlines
- Liaise with colleagues across the company and the wider group where required, to obtain relevant information for PQQs/bids and support the production of bid documentation across the group and where required with external partners
- Co-ordinate the continued development of information within the bid library (Knowledge Base) ensuring all information and supporting documents are regularly reviewed and updated as necessary in accordance with agreed timescales
- Co-ordinate the design, preparation and development of all client documentation and presentations in line with company branding and client requirements, liaising with colleagues and external designers/printers where necessary to meet client requirements
- Under the direction of the Proposals Manager, work with the Bid Managers/BD Directors to co-ordinate administrative support in relation to the bid programme
- Co-ordinate and prepare graphics and other generic documentation to support PQQ and bid responses
The candidate will have the following skills, experience, and qualification:
- Good GCSE grades including English & Maths
- Must have previous experience coordinating bids and tenders
- Strong organisational and process skills
- Excellent Excel and MS Word skills
- Strong writing and presentation skills
