The role: 

  • To ensure project delivery including robust, high quality services through management of the operational teams
  • To be responsible for contractual performance in line with approved budgets, key performance indicators, performance monitoring systems, output specifications and contractual requirements
  • To continually enforce cost efficiency initiatives, seek maximisation of financial entitlements, minimise overdue debt, negotiate settlement of contractual claims
  • To effectively manage supply chain to the Project
  • To build and maintain partnership relationships with the client on each contract
  • To ensure Company and legislative requirements are met, including Health & Safety and CDM Regulations
  • To undertake LED lighting scheme works in Barnet and Enfield 

The person: 

  • Previous project or contracts management experience in LED street lighting
  • Proficient in planning, sequencing and programming works
  • Qualified at HNC level; relevant industry training (SMSTS, CDM, IOSH, 17th edition)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal with client, supply chain and employees
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving and the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work on own initiative, whilst maintaining a good quality output
  • Flexible approach to working, willing to travel
  • Full driving licence
