Process Engineering Manager

Bouygues Energies & Services is recruiting for a Process Engineering Manager for our vibrant Didsbury office. The Process Engineering Manager will ensure that company practices and standards are maintained from site commencement to practical completion of all contracts, against agreed targets through the implementation of good process engineering practices.
KEY DELIVERABLES
- Fulfil Health & Safety responsibilities by adherence to the requirements of the Company's Health & Safety Policy and Health & Safety Management Plans
- Implementation of quality, safety, and environmental management systems
- Process project management involvement of multi-discipline capital projects
- Preparing process project cost estimations, proposals, and delivery of cost effective innovative design schemes
- Compliance with the Company's Policies, Management Plans and Procedures
- Complete contract reviews by preparing process project cost estimations, proposals, and delivery of cost effective innovative design schemes
- Manage a team of process engineers to delivery on related goals
- Build relationships with client contact
Essential skills
- Recognised qualification in Process Engineering. i.e. BEng / MEng or significant demonstrable experience
- Knowledge of construction in Pharmaceutical environments
- Ability to agree practical and realistic programme for delivery of design to the requirements of internal and external stakeholders and project demands.
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, manage and communicate priorities.
- Ability to make effective decisions in consultation with projects stakeholders and use judgement to escalate decision making process.
- Ability to mentor and provide leadership to engineers and designers of all levels.
- Experience of undertaking design at all stages of project lifecycle - pre-construction, design and construction stage.
