Bouygues Energies & Services currently has an exciting opportunity for a PPM Co-ordinator to join our Facilities Management team working on our key hospital contract in Barnet.  This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week from 0800 to 1700, Monday to Friday.

 

The role:

  • Reporting to the Service Manager
  • Assume responsibility for the PPM and reactive service of the site based operations team.
  • Manage the PPM planner, and the scheduling of sub-contractors against the planner
  • Schedule sub-contractors each month, in line with the PPM planner, ensuring all RAMS are copied into the permit desk for issuing of permits.
  • Update Maximo on all fabric jobs, in order to maintain compliance with the contract SLA’s.
  • Assist the Helpdesk in managing the reactive works and maintaining complete and detailed work records
  • Manage the reactive works financial back up, to assist the commercial team in invoicing rechargeable works
  • Ensure co-ordination with the Administration team, for assisting in the day to day site activities
  • Assist in answering all web cycle queries, ensuring they are closed off in a timely manner
  • Assist in the preparation of correspondence, reports, presentations and other documents as required, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Working 40 hours per week from 0800 to 1700, Monday to Friday

 

The person:

  • First class customer service skills, ideally with experience in a similar role
  • Experience in Hard Facilities Management and Maximo CAFM system is desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Able to deal with people at all levels with confidence
  • Ability to work as part of a team
