PMO Finance Coordinator

Bouygues Energies & Services Solutions currently has an exciting opportunity for a PMO Finance Coordinator to join our Facilities Management Projects team in London, Waterloo. The Projects team provides construction and building projects across various sites and sectors including healthcare, government and energy performance contracts.
As a PMO Finance Coordinator, your day to day duties will involve:
- To provide an effective support service to PMO Lead and Project Managers as required, to deliver their projects and programmes
- To provide accurate financial support including the raising of purchase orders and efficient processing and tracking of payments
- To ensure all Projects payments are applied for and invoiced to the client in a timely manner including liaison with Commercial team and chasing of client approvals
- Issuing of Purchase Orders and associated PO process and payments in accordance with financial procedure, involving Procurement, Legal and Finance as appropriate
- To resolve subcontractor payment queries on internal SAP system (Edifice) and process invoices as required, liaise with Finance department as required
- To ensure all Quote and Contract related paperwork is available and reviewed for discrepancies
- To ensure that project files (paper and electronic) are set up and maintained for all projects and works instructions on SharePoint/Project Database
- To maintain project management systems and other management information systems on behalf of PMO and Project Managers and ensure forecasts, milestones etc. are accurate and consistent with operating guidelines
- To assist Procurement and Project Managers with contracts for sign-off, including liaison with other internal specialists as directed
The candidate will have the following skills, experience, and qualification:
- Previous experience in delivering high quality administrative or project co-ordination services, ideally within a facilities management, energy, or project management environment
- Previous experience in managing accounts/raising orders in B2B environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational and financial tracking skills
- Ability to use initiative and prioritise workload effectively
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint
- Familiarity with Maximo and SAP systems is an advantage
