Our expertise spans various areas, including tunnels, bridges, offshore works, linear projects, industrial civil engineering, rehabilitation, earthworks, and mining. As part of our UK branch, you'll contribute to prominent projects such as Hinkley Point C and High Speed 2 – C1 portion.

As a Planning Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the P6 environment to planning standards, technically supporting the Sizewell C planning team, and promoting planning best practices on the project.  This role could be suitable for a Civil Engineering graduate at an early stage of their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide P6 technical support and resolve P6 technical challenges
  • Manage access for new and departing Planners on the platform
  • Create P6 user accounts and aid users in troubleshooting
  • Oversee the Enterprise data (Baselines, EPS, OBS, Project/Activity Codes, Resources, Calendars etc.)
  • Import contractors’ schedules (XERs) into the P6 Database
  • Manage weekly and monthly programme update cycles
  • Perform schedule Quality Assurance analysis
  • Extract programme data for weekly and month-end reports
  • Liaise with the client regarding the shared database

Essential Skills & Knowledge:

  • Understanding of Project Controls and technical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong multitasking abilities and analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills
  • Strong communication, planning and organisation skills
  • Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A valid driver's license
