Painter & Decorator - Mobile

Bouygues Energies & Services currently has an exciting opportunity for a commercial Painter & Decorator to join our Facilities Management team covering our client’s key buildings across the Greater Manchester area. The role is working 40 hours per week, from 07:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday.

The role:

• Reporting to the Hard FM Facilities Manager
• Undertake painting and decorating of internal and external areas of the client estate
• Undertake scheduled planned and reactive works as directed safely and efficiently
• Provide flexibility in service
• To ensure the satisfactory accurate and prompt completion of paperwork as required for all work carried out
• To take ownership for all work carried out
• Escalate any issues or complaints to management accordingly
• Working 40 hours per week, from 07:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday

The person:

• Relevant qualification in painting and decorating or relevant proven experience
• Current valid driving licence is essential as company vehicle will be provided
• Experience of working on a multi-site estate
• Team player and must be able to demonstrate flexibility
• A good standard of tidiness when working
• Flexible, can-do approach to work with experience of working in a customer focused environment
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written essential
• Ability to react appropriately under pressure is crucial
• Must be able to pass relevant police security vetting levels
