UBY is a new Constructech subsidiary of the Bouygues Group, which has grown since 2019 in France. We harness the power of digital, technology and data to create innovative products and services catering to construction and infrastructure management operators to help them meet environmental, productivity, health and safety challenges. We have brought together environmental monitoring, structural monitoring during construction and throughout the lifetime of built infrastructure as well as fleet management and monitoring of worksite equipment. These activities, born from the Bouygues Group Corporate Entrepreneurship initiative have united their forces under the UBY banner to grow our international footprint.
The Role
Working with our operations director, based in France, and in close relationship with our Senior Business Development Manager based in London, your role will be:
• Selecting suppliers and contractors associated with the installation and maintenance of UBY sensors on site.
• Supporting the sales teams in relation with the technical and operational aspects of the solution
• Taking charge of the client once a purchase order received, organising the deployment of the solution with the client, the technical team based in France, the suppliers and contractors.
• Enforcing high H&S and Quality standard of our operations.
• Providing training and level 2 support to the client and the installation and maintenance contractors
• Testing and commissioning of the solution on site if required
• Assist users in their adoption of the product.

Profile
You have a history in engineering and operations, with a proportion of this spent in the instrumentation & monitoring (I&M) sector or in the civil engineering / construction industry more generally. You are interested in IoT, wireless technology and software and keen on learning & developing new skills and ways of thinking. You are organized with a strong capacity for analysing problems. You have a problem solver state of mind and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Some knowledge of French would be useful.
