OD, Talent & Engagement Manager

Bouygues Energies & Service, part of Equans has a new and exciting opportunity for a Talent & Engagement Manager. The role will involve identify, design, deliver and adapt interventions that solve business challenges to drive a positive culture now and in the future.
Key activities
- Actively contribute to development of OD, Talent and Engagement strategic direction. Be a thought leader in your specialism: future skills mapping, workforce planning, succession planning, leadership/management development, talent management, talent development, DE&I, engagement, change management, programme design or early careers.
- Diagnose root causes, and lead delivery of high-quality organisation design, development and change management advice and interventions in line with diagnosis done. Offers constructive ideas and insights on people performance improvement opportunities.
- Analyse key people data and liaise with senior management and HR to decipher wants from needs. Combines disparate data sources into one narrative that describes the impact of interventions.
- Keep up to date with industry and skills trends. Identify skills gaps and future learning requirements.
- Curate learning content and assess relevant organisational development options to drive a positive culture. Develop and implement employee retention programmes or strategies. Help leaders develop skills to create an employer of choice environment.
- Adapt change management approaches in response to challenges and post-change performance. Creates and drives cultural and performance initiatives that clearly link back to the overall company strategy and mission.
- Advocate coaching across the organisation and detail the behaviours that demonstrate it. Ensures mentors are able to identify and apply the appropriate mentoring relationships in a given situation.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the L&D business partners and wider HR stakeholders to ensure impact is realised from the OD, Talent and Engagement activities. Act as a key influencer, expert lead and advisor to colleagues, ensuring business strategy and key deliverables are achieved.
Qualifications, skills and experience
- CIPD level 5
- Able to manage multiple stakeholder relationships both internal and external
- Demonstrate proven numerical and data analysis skills and have the ability to collate relevant information and present it in appropriate format to suit the audience
- Experience in managing complex change through coaching at individual level and via insight and analysis sourced via learning and performance management data at organisational level
