We have exciting opportunities for self-motivated professionals seeking the opportunity to help influence genuine change by joining our Mobilisation and Change team within our highly successful FM business (12-month fixed term possibly leading permanent positions). These positions will be based from our head office in Waterloo but will require travel to hubs across the country.

Working as a member of the Mobilisation Team, the role will enable the agreed Mobilisation / change methodology for the Project/s with a strong focus on customer relationship/s and delivering to expectations (both internal and external customers). The Mobilisation Project Manager is responsible for the smooth mobilisation of new & existing contracts as well as implementing change initiatives in support of the operational teams and in coordination with other Support Services. Experience in implementing change programmes is a bonus but not essential. Training can be provided for the perfect candidate who is ready to challenge the status quo and drive transformation.
Key Activities
- Lead the successful mobilisation of all interim and permanent FM services involved with assigned projects
- Attendance at checkpoint meetings during development stages of a contract to support the Business Development team
- Deliver the Mobilisation Master Planner on award of a new contract; effectively applying Bouygues E&S’ methodologies and implementing company policy and procedures
- Develop cultural and behavioural transformation plan to agreed Target Operating Model with specific focus on time, cost and quality
- Run mobilisation meetings and ensure timely distribution of minutes
Coordination of the Support Services: Human Resources, Procurement, QSE, Technical Projects - Generate reports in support of the Operation Teams for Monthly Contract Reviews
- Risk Management and reporting to ensure obstacles are reported and resolved
- Assist with development of Mobilisation Master Planner for future projects including associated company policies and procedures that would bring benefit to future projects
- Record and track hours worked per project and associated mobilisation expenditure (inc. Support Team time/costs/expenditure)
Assist with development of future mobilisation / project budgets
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Knowledge of project management principles, methodologies and tools
- Understanding the power of Change Management
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks to time driven deliverables
- Developed knowledge of Microsoft Projects, Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio
- Experience in risk management, communications, and reporting
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong team player with ability work collaboratively
- Flexible approach, willing to travel within the UK
