Mobile Electrical Supervisor

Bouygues Energies & Services Solutions Ltd have an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Electrical Supervisor to join their Mobile Solutions team in London.
The main duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
- To provide technical engineering support as the lead for the hard FM services working across the Mobile Solutions Division
- To carry out new electrical work as required, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and complete supporting paperwork
- To rectify defects in all electrical systems and associated plans / components.
- To respond to reactive and emergency faults in line with SLAs
- To manage sub-contractors
- Working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus participation in the on call rota and out of hours activity
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, experience and qualifications:
- A full trade electrical apprenticeship plus current qualifications such as C&G 2391 Test & Inspection, BTEC National Diploma, NVQ or similar, in an electrical discipline (and a willingness to attain cross-skilling)
- Previous supervisory experience and good people management skills (appraisals, training, recruitment, team briefings, etc.)
- Experience of building maintenance essential
- Good organisational skills, able to prioritise workload
- Good communication skills together with a first class customer service ethic
- Ability to use initiative and judgement to solve problems
- Able to obtain DBS clearance
- Must hold valid full driving license
