Bouygues Energies & Services currently has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance & Compliance Manager (Hard FM) to join our Facilities Management team at a healthcare clinic based in Preston and covering various healthcare buildings across the Lancashire region.  This is a full-time position working from 8am-5pm, 40 hours per week.

 

THE ROLE:

 

  • Reporting to the Contract Manager with joint responsibility
  • To provide support to the contract manager to manage costs, employees, outsourced labour and assets as required.
  • Oversee FM Team compliance with all policies and procedures and all NHS technical compliance
  • Management of a team of maintenance operatives and assistants
  • Building client relationships to ensure effective communication and engagement
  • Ensure accuracy and relevance of all data management of the asset register and CAFM system
  • Responsible for all aspects of PPM Management and ensuring its timely delivery
  • Ensuring the quality of works carried out via audits ensuring standards are met
  • Support lifecycle replacement and small works objectives
  • Responsible for ensuring all relevant training and development and management of all staff
  • Ensure risk assessments maintained and all A, EP and RP are appointed
  • Experience of business continuity and disaster recovery
  • Working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 0800 to 1700

 

THE PERSON:

  • Strong experience within a commercial / public building environment in similar FM role
  • Formal qualifications and willingness to become AP/ RP qualified in 2 disciplines
  • Previous management experience
  • Excellent organisational skills and not afraid to challenge
  • Relationship management skills and ability to be a team player
  • Experience of managing performance and continuous improvement through KPI’s
  • Computer literate and ability to process and understand various information sources
  • Full driving licence essential and travel to various sites is a requirement
