We currently have an exciting opportunity for an IS Support Analyst to join our team in Becket House. The IS Support Analyst will be responsible for providing first and second line support; specifically for the Kronos Workforce Management system to the Bouygues E&S Solutions user base.

The main duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Act as first line of support for the Kronos Time & Attendance Solution
    Lead business engagement workshops to gain understanding on requirements for solution
    Develop new site configurations within the solution.
    Provision of training to new users and maintenance of training documentation.
    Monitor and maintain interfaces between the HR, reporting and time & attendance solutions.
    Escalate issues with the third-party Kronos support provision
    Support IS Reporting Analyst in monitoring and maintaining the IBM Cognos Data Analytics tool
    Support maintenance of all data and reporting structures
    Provision of first- and second-line application support of all IS systems
    Monitor the progress of support requests and provide feedback to users
    Accurately maintain data relating to support requests and produce reports for management
    Undertake initial investigations into user queries, take ownership and resolve if possible
    Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
    Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
    Analyse call logs to spot trends and underlying issues
    Ensure all support calls are recorded and closed appropriately
    Escalate unresolved issues to third line support analysts, developers and IS Support Manager or third-party business partners as required
    Provide mobile hardware (PDAs, Tablets) configuration, maintenance and support
    Maintain and create support documentation, processes and procedures as required
    Liaise with internal/external service providers where appropriate
    Participate in the provision of training and related documentation

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • Practical experience gained within an information systems support environment or in FM operational support
    Good troubleshooting and investigation skills
    Excellent customer service skills, previous experience in customer service is an advantage
    Strong team player with an ability to work autonomously
    Robust communication, presentation, and documentation skills
    Must have the ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadline 
    Knowledge of the Kronos Management system
