IMS Data Imputer

The role:

• Sending documentation to Site surveyors
• Accepting “Data capture Sheets” from Surveyor teams compiling into asset packs for uploading
• Uploading assets data on to the MIS against assets
• Review on completion of asset data upload any gaps still in data.
• Collate asset data gaps and weekly create new data capture work order for insertion into program (feedback to Project Manager/surveyors)
• Compile weekly performance reports/survey tracker against program and issue to MIS Manager PFI.
• Working location Welwyn – Weekly

The person:

• Proven data entry work experience, as a Data entry operator or Office clerk
• Experience with MS Office and data programs
• Experience using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner
• Typing speed and accuracy
• Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
