Bouygues Energies & Services currently has an exciting opportunity for a Hygiene & Environmental Services Administrator to join our Facilities Management team at a prestigious central government building in Westminster. This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

 

The role:

  • Reports to HES Days Manager
  • Assist with the day to day running of the HES service; providing a vast range of administrative duties
  • Assist in all aspects of the cleaning and waste management and subcontracted services
  • Responsible for processing purchase orders and assisting with the recruitment process
  • Co-ordinate cleaning schedules and generation and distribution of Monthly PPM work orders
  • Working 40 hours per week from 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday 

 


The person:

  • Previous experience in similar role is essential
  • Must have excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Must have good IT skills including all Microsoft packages
  • Must be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work as part of a team
  • Knowledge of Condeco, Edifice or Maximo is desirable
  • Please note - Employment in this post is dependent upon obtaining security clearance; this requires 5 years’ continuous residency in the UK and a valid passport
