HR System Advisor - 100% Remote working option
Bouygues UK - Southwark
We are looking for someone to come and join our ResourceLink technical team as a System Advisor. This role could be suitable for candidates from a number of different routes:
- Previous technical support of ResourceLink
- Previous technical support of other payroll software
- Someone from a HR background who has used ResourceLink (or a similar product) and is interested in a move into IS.
This role could be based from our Head Office close to Waterloo, Haywards Heath or from home.
Core elements of the role will include:
- Maintaining consistency of approach in system functionality and usage
- Assessing and prioritising requests for change requirements
- Monitoring and maintaining system availability
- Providing end user support
- Providing guidance on new functionality
- Ensuring that user documentation and process maps are maintained and accurate
- Provide reliable and hands-on support for people whenever it is required.
- Create, maintain and run reports using ResourceLink Reporting Services
- Aid the development of My View accounts
- System background configuration
- Testing new functionality
- Managing user security within the system whilst ensuring the highest levels of data protection.
- Regular auditing of the database to ensure data accuracy.
- Involvement in large data projects as required by the business; e.g. mobilisations and organisational changes.
Ideally previous experience will include:
- Experience of system administration of ResourceLink and My View
- Experience of RRS (ResourceLink Reporting Services)
- Experience of supporting system projects
You will need to have:
- Good numeracy skills and literacy skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of payroll and HR processes is helpful but not essential
