Helpdesk Supervisor
Bouygues Energies & Services Solutions - Westminster
Bouygues Energies & Services currently has an exciting opportunity for a Helpdesk Supervisor to join our facilities management team at a prestigious government building in Westminster. This is a permanent full-time position working 8 hours p/day, 40 hours per week between 07:30 and 19:30, Mon-Fri.
The role:
- Reporting to the Support Service Manager
- Supervise the Home Office Helpdesk Service, ensure adequate resources for service delivery, maintain manuals and service guides ensuring consistency, innovation and best practice, monitor and ensure the follow up on outstanding jobs, compliments/complaints both internally and with the Client
- Work as part of the Helpdesk team receiving calls, emails and walk in visitors, logging service requests on the FM work management system, booking resources (meeting rooms, hospitality, visitors) and responding to queries
- Manage staff performance, attendance and development for the helpdesk team
- Ensure delivery of consistently high standards of customer service, presenting a professional image to customers at all times
- Assist with the preparation of reports and documents
- Working 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day between 07:30 and 19:30, Monday to Friday
The person:
- Essential to have previous helpdesk/administration experience together with supervisory experience, including awareness of HR procedures
- Must have good IT skills (able to use emails, management systems, etc.)
- Excellent customer service ethic
- Maximo/CAFM experience
- Well organised and able to prioritise workload
- Please note employment in this post is dependent upon obtaining security clearance; this requires 5 years’ residency in the UK and a valid passport
