Bouygues Energies and Services has an exciting opportunity for a Helpdesk Supervisor to join our team providing Facilities Management at an Academy school in Lewisham.  This is a full-time permanent position working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 or 09:00 to 18:00.

 

The role:

  • Reports to the Site Manager
  • To be responsible for the Helpdesk service to Lewisham Schools and maintain a close liaison with Client FM function, ensuring day to day requirements of the contract are met
  • To ensure the helpdesk team deal promptly, professionally and courteously with all clients who contact the Helpdesk, ensuring requests are logged on the computerised FM support system (Maximo) and that work is allocated appropriately and promptly
  • To ensure delivery of consistently high standards of customer service, presenting a professional and polite image to all customers
  • Working hours are 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 or 09:00 to 18:00, depending on business requirements

 

The person:

  • Must have experience in a similar role
  • Will have experience of supervising staff including HR procedures
  • Must have first class customer service ethic with significant experience in a customer facing role
  • Will have strong IT skills including Maximo/CAFM experience, ideally
  • Must be well organised and able to prioritise
  • Able to obtain DBS clearance (due to working alongside children)
