Hard FM Operations Manager - mobile

Bouygues Energies and Services currently has an exciting opportunity for a Hard FM Operations Manager to join our Greater London Mobile Maintenance Engineering team. The mobile team in London supports reactive and PPM maintenance activities across all the sites we currently operate ranging from schools to major Government buildings.
Key activities:
- Responsible for the management and delivery of Hard FM services, to ensure we provide a quality service and recognised for engineering excellence
- Project manage large projects
- Manage client relationships and business development
- Work with Head of Mobile Solutions to further develop EV and Fire Safety services
- Working with the team to produce detailed technical reports for clients
- Responsible for overseeing the completion of documentation as required by clients in order to remain compliant
- Working 40 hours per week from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday with participation in management call out rota
Skills & qualifications:
- Qualified at the appropriate level in a Building Services related discipline, must have understanding of CDM
- Strong technical background inclusive of gas, HVAC, EV charge and Solar
- Desirable to have worked in a mobile operational capacity
- Motivated to introduce innovative solutions and promote digitalisation
- Good understanding of statutory compliance regulations
- Experience of using a CAFM system preferably Maximo
- Must have experience managing projects up to £500k
- Good commercial awareness
- Must be used to being client facing with excellent communication skills
- Strong Health & Safety background
- Must be computer literate and able to use MS Office competently
- Full clean driving license is essential – must be willing to be mobile and to travel to sites
- Able to obtain DBS clearance
