Ground Worker

Bouygues Energies & Services Solutions are looking to recruit a Ground Worker. The ideal candidate will be part of our team maintaining and installing street lighting across the North East. The operational base for this role is our Middlesbrough office.

Key Activities will include:

• Excavation work – both machine assisted and hand excavation techniques and working safely in and around buried services
• General groundwork and reinstatement works - undertaking various hard and soft landscaping
• Ensuring that all works are adequately protected and the safety of the workforce, public and vehicles are always maintained
• Adhering fully to Health & Safety responsibilities 

The ideal candidate will have the following: 

• Must have a full driving licence
• Good communication skills
• Previous excavation/reinstatement experience
• Digger ticket – Desirable
