Background
BYUK has launched the ‘Greenlight’ strategic plan, in alignment with BYCN strategy. The strategic plan includes 3 key axes: Develop, Differentiate and Transform.
BYUK is looking for someone to join the Greenlight PMO team and support the implementation of the Greenlight plan, working alongside the board and the project teams, to deliver results, and ensure that the change delivered is sustainable. This is a key position to improve the performance and the efficiency of BYUK by simplifying our processes, procedures, and by transforming our ways of working.
Role
Part of the Greenlight PMO team, you will be in in charge of structuring and managing the portfolio of Greenlight initiatives and providing coaching and methodology to the project teams to ensure consistent ways of working and successful delivery at pace, meaning:
- Manage the portfolio of Greenlight initiatives – follow the progress of project teams, track the benefits and issues, manage the backlog of initiatives, map interdependencies, prepare the Steering committees and updates for the Board.?
- Monitor our capacity of delivering those initiatives - resources allocation, ?
- Coaching – support/coach the project teams by bringing the Lean tools and other relevant methods to effectively prioritise, deliver and implement initiatives at pace?
- Work hand-in-hand with the change management & communication team to build the change plan and ensure momentum?
- Liaise with BBI Greenlight Project Office (reporting, import/export best practices…)
This role requires enthusiastic and committed individuals who have a growth mindset and a thorough knowledge of BYUK and the organisation’s working practices. This role implies to have credibility and the respect of BYUK teams, and a willingness to work ‘hands-on’ with teams in all regions and departments.
