Bouygues TP are proud to be part of the Civil Works Alliance (CWA) delivering key aspects of Sizewell C, we're at the forefront of transforming Britain's energy landscape, and we're looking for bright minds to join us on this journey! As part of the landmark Sizewell C project, a 3.2-gigawatt power station committed to supplying low-carbon electricity to 6 million homes, we're searching for a dedicated Junior PMO (Project Management Office) professional to make an impact.

In this role, you'll work closely with the Head of Strategy & Transformation, playing an essential part in the planning, execution, and reporting of our crucial initiatives. You'll be instrumental in shaping the future of our operating model, ensuring that every project runs smoothly and successfully.

You'll find yourself immersed in a dynamic environment, working with key stakeholders like the UK Government, Treasury BEIS, EDF, and many more. You'll manage project timelines, organize resources, facilitate communication between various teams, and ensure adherence to top-tier project management methodologies. Your contributions will directly support the implementation of processes that drive progress and innovation.

We are seeking candidates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field and some experience in project management. Proficiency in project management tools, along with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, will set you up for success.

This role will initially be based at our office in London, however there will be a need for flexibility to travel to and from the project which is based in Suffolk.

As a graduate you be enrolled onto our graduate programme which is a two-year structured training scheme. The programme is designed to enhance and develop soft skills and technical capability through a blend of classroom based learning and on the job training.
