FM Co-ordinator - Helpdesk
Bouygues Energies & Services Solutions - Waterloo (Becket House)
Bouygues Energies & Services currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced FM Co-ordinator - Helpdesk from a corporate background to join our reception team at our head office in Waterloo. This is a permanent full-time position working 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
Key Activities:
- Reporting to the Site FM Manager
- To provide an effective professional Helpdesk and ensure that all calls and emails are answered in a professional manner and within the agreed time frame while focussing on a best-in-class service delivery.
- Support the FM Department in the financial processes and procedures while offering a proactive approach to all work undertaken.
- Answer calls and emails and log jobs on Maximo feeding these through to the operational staff and reporting back to the end user/customer where required
- Compile daily, weekly and monthly reports in line with the Helpdesk report handling document
- Raise purchase orders & receipting (tracking all materials / subcontractor works).
- Oversee the management of all PPM’s and reactive works across the building and chase for these to be completed
- Working 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day between 08:00 and 17:30, Monday to Friday
Skills & Qualifications:
- First class customer service skills and corporate helpdesk experience
- Good organisational skills, and the ability to multi-task
- Experience in Hard and Soft Facilities Management and Maximo CAFM system is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Extensive experience in report writing
- Able to deal with people at all levels with confidence and work as part of a team
