FM Co-ordinator
Bouygues Energies & Services Solutions - Paddington
Bouygues Energies and Services currently has an exciting opportunity for an FM Co-ordinator to work within our FM team on our new contract at JC Decaux's offices based in either Paddington or Brentford. This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours p/week, 8 hours per day from 08:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday.
The role:
- Reporting to the Contract Manager
- Provide an effective professional Helpdesk and ensure that all calls and emails are answered in a professional manner and within the agreed time frame
- Support the FM Department in the financial processes and procedures while offering a proactive approach to all work undertaken.
- Support the planned maintenance programme by scheduling jobs and updating Maximo where required and using the new Maximo Scheduler function.
- Ensure that all meeting rooms and the reception area are set up in accordance with the booking requirements
- Work on financial administration such as raising purchase orders, receipting, edifice etc.
- Assist in the preparation of correspondence, reports, tenders, presentation and other documents as required, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Generate PPMs and allocate work orders accordingly
- To organise meetings as required for management
- Working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The person:
- Must have previous Front of House/Reception or Helpdesk experience
- First class customer care skills with proven ability to consistently go the extra mile
- Will have previous experience overseeing financial processes and procedures, visitor management skills and a great telephone manner
- Flexible and pro-active approach towards management of workloads
- IT Literate, knowledge of using Maximo or similar CAFM system essential
