Facilities Manager (TFM)

Bouygues Energies and Services currently has an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Manager (TFM) to join our Facilities Management team at a local government building in Westminster.
The role:
- To be the point of contact for all day to day client queries and requests and provide resolution to any issues
- To supervise and assist with the delivery of all aspects of the cleaning and waste management and subcontracted M&E services, in accordance with the agreed SLA’s
- To provide administrative support that includes report collation, database maintenance, collation of month end figures, invoices, payroll duties and raising purchase requisitions and work orders
- To ensure all Health & Safety, COSHH and permit to work systems are adhered to at all times
- To work with the lead engineer and report any non-conformance practices or faulty equipment which could affect their own safety and that of any employee throughout the contract, by adherence to the requirements of the Company’s health and safety policy
- To ensure that work is carried out to the highest standards and that all statutory legislation is complied with
- Responsible for managing and motivating staff to maximise departmental stability, and ensure that a high standard of customer care is maintained
- To supervise contractors and staff as required, ensuring that excellent customer service is delivered
- To assist the supervisors with the co-ordination of periodic and day to day cleaning schedules. This includes monitoring the service with tools such as cleaning monitoring sheets, Maximo and other processes
- Generation and distribution of monthly PPM work orders, and daily reactive work orders as required ensuring that these are completed within the target response / rectification times and not attracting any KPI penalties
The person:
- Previous experience of supervising a team is essential
- Well organised with the ability to prioritise workload
- Good standard of both written and spoken communication including IT skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining good attention to detail
- Experience in using Maximo is desirable
- Desirable to be BICS qualified, or equivalent
