Emerging Talent Recruiter
Bouygues UK - Southwark
This role is designed to identify and recruit the sustainable work force Bouygues Construction United Kingdom requires now and in the future. The majority of our roles are STEM related across a number of different business units. As part of the wider HR Team the post holder will champion the recruitment of Emerging Talent, including:
-Apprentices
-Industrial Placements
-Management Trainees
-Graduates
Our head office is based in London close to Waterloo station and will be the core location of the role, but there will be some scope to work remotely.
The post holder will:
- Work with the business units to identify their requirements for each emerging talent stream
- Plan an effective recruitment cycle to deliver the requirements
- Attract the best possible candidates to the programs and act as a brand ambassador. Develop effective relationships with schools, colleges, training providers and universities to ensure Bouygues has access to the talent we need.
- Manage the end to end recruitment process for the various emerging talent streams.
Essential Experience:
-Extensive experience in an in house recruitment role or RPO
-Experience or understanding of apprenticeship and graduate recruitment
-Good working knowledge of UK employment law
-Excellent verbal and written communication
-Ability to adapt in a changing environment
Desirable Experience:
-Member of CIPD.
-Previous experience with construction / engineering / property company.
-Previous HR experience
-Successfully managed a graduate recruitment cycle
