Emerging Talent Coordinator

Bouygues Energies & Services currently has an exciting opportunity for an Emerging Talent Coordinator to join our Learning and Development team.
The main duties and responsibilities of the role will involve:
- Acting as the first line contact for any team queries from colleagues across the business regarding Emerging Talent and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
- Monitoring the shared Emerging Talent inbox and escalating queries to other team members, as necessary
- Coordinating events for the graduate and apprenticeship programmes, hosted either at head office or external locations, ensuring that events run smoothly
- Liaising with suppliers and attendees, raising purchase orders and administering payments
- Supporting with the production of quarterly dashboards and other data related tasks to be shown at Apprenticeship Steering Group meetings.
- Liaising with Apprentices across all entities, checking in, supporting with queries and escalating where appropriate.
- Carry out specific tasks and project work designated by the Emerging Talent Advisor and Emerging Talent Senior Manager
- Maintaining the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) system and support the review of associated training agreements
Essential skills knowledge, and experience:
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively (in person and in writing) with stakeholders at all levels
- Good organisation and planning skills, able to multi-task and prioritise own workload effectively
- Good attention to detail and ability to audit data for accuracy
- Able to use MS Office applications effectively (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint), working knowledge of MS Teams
- A pro-active approach to work, able to work independently (at times) with remote support from team members
- Willing to work flexibly outside core hours when required e.g., starting early to set up training rooms, or occasional overnight stays for business travel
- A true advocate for Learning and Development, demonstrating a willingness to develop own skills and learn from other members of the team
