Digital Project Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Project Manager to join our growing Digital Transformation team supporting our Facilities Management business. The role will be based in our head office in London Waterloo with an opportunity to work remotely 2 days a week.
The main duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
Regularly review and identify new and innovative technology or processes across the business:
- Implementing techniques to engage the business to identify opportunities for system improvement
- Acting as central point of contact for gaps identified in existing technological offering
- Undertaking business analysis activities to capture business requirements and undertaking gap
- Participating in or chairing requirements gathering meetings or workshops
- Obtaining sign-off on proposals, business requirements and testing as required
- Actively contribute to the development and coordination of digital programs
- Research market trends and prepare timely updates for the global digital community on upcoming opportunities, competitor activity and more.
Undertaking System Reviews and analysis to develop business cases and project documentation:
- Assisting in the evaluation and selection of new solutions or functionality where an internal solution can’t be
- Undertaking benefit reviews and assessments for suggested improvements
- Developing Business Cases to take proposed solutions forward creating specification and project documentation to ensure project deliverables are clearly defined
Coordination of internal and external resources to deliver solutions:
- Identification of key stakeholders and resources for project delivery
- Liaising with internal/external service providers where appropriate
- Configuration of solutions as appropriate
- Chairing of regular project reviews to keep deliverables on track and maintain risk registers
- Ensuring regular communications and updates are issued to key stakeholders
Providing dedicated support upon implementation before handover
- Participating in the provision of training and related documentation
- Provision of support, on-site where necessary, to relevant users during system implementation
- Follow-up on implementation of the recommended corrective actions
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, experience, and qualifications:
Essential:
- Project management experience in a digital or innovation area

Excellent relationship building skills in a complex, international environment
- Analytical, organised and capable of multitasking under pressure
- Strong organisation skills and drive to make changes, experience in change management
- Excellent communication, verbal and written skills and the ability to be in touch with all members of staff and clients and customers

Experience in formulating digital strategies
Desirable:
- Worked in a large organisation with a variety of different stakeholders
- Professional qualifications in change management
