Digital and Data Specialist

Bouygues Construction, a leading force in the UK construction industry, is seeking a dynamic individual to join our award-winning Learning and Development team as an L&D Apprentice – Digital and Data.

Your Role:

As the L&D Apprentice – Digital and Data, you will take ownership of our digital platforms, ensuring seamless integration and data excellence. Your responsibilities will include coordinating live virtual training sessions, managing training data and reporting, and leading digital innovation within our L&D framework.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Systems Ownership: Gain a comprehensive understanding of L&D systems, processes, and data flows.

Strategic Support: Assist in contract renewals, reviews, and management of shared elements within the Bouygues Group.

Virtual Session Coordination: Facilitate bookings, liaise with suppliers and attendees, and handle financial processes.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders involved in systems, platforms, and databases.

Innovation: Explore and adopt new platforms and creative solutions, including PowerTools and AI.

 

Desired Skills:

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS tools, especially Excel, is a must.

Analytical Mindset: Basic knowledge of PowerBI is highly useful.

System Awareness: Familiarity with Learning Management systems and their functionality.

Project Coordination: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.

Team Player: Strong teamwork and communication skills, both verbal and written.
