Compliance Officer - 3 month FTC
Bouygues Energies & Services Solutions - Kings Cross
Bouygues Energies and Services is a global Facilities Management contractor and currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Compliance Officer looking to join our team on a 3 month fixed term contract based at university buildings in King’s Cross, Camberwell & Elephant & Castle.
The role:
- To maintain an audit file for each contract including correspondence, deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedules and other relevant documentation
- To monitor compliance documentation and RAMS with contractors and in house teams
- To develop and manage documentation for external and internal compliance audits
- To assist the management team by preparing, completing and running reports
- To promote, establish and maintain efficient compliance processes for the business
- To maintain confidentiality at all times
- Working 40 hours per week from 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday; this is a 3 month fixed-term contract until 30th
The person:
- A proactive and flexible attitude to duties, with a “can do” attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent IT skills with experience in the use of CAFM systems
- Experience within the administrative services of FM businesses is desirable
- Good organisational skills
- A good understanding of SFG20 is desirable
