Bouygues Energies & Services currently has an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Manager to join our Facilities Management team covering two large hospitals in Isleworth and Park Royal, North West London.  This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm.

 

The role:

  • Report to the General Manager / Regional Compliance Manager
  • To ensure a standardised approach to the provision and recording of Hard Facilities Management (Hard FM) operational services.  
  • To be responsible for the effective management and governance of Hard FM services compliance within Healthcare environments inclusive of statutory engineering, SLA performance and business accreditations.
  • To ensure that the sites comply with all H&S compliance requirements.
  • To establish, monitor, maintain and promote efficient compliance processes providing practical support and guidance
  • Ensure that the appropriate record keeping processes are maintained to demonstrate compliance with contract deliverables and company procedures.

 

The person:

  • Will have management and / or technical qualifications (Degree, BIFM, ILM) and comparable industry experience – particularly in Hard FM services.
  • Experience in Healthcare environments with specialist knowledge of applicable guidance for design and operation of M&E services
  • Highly developed specialist knowledge of processes and procedures underpinned by theory and experience in Healthcare environments
  • Able to demonstrate excellent IT, communication, and client relationship skills
  • Must be committed to safety, have excellent attention to detail skills and take ownership and responsibility
  • Able to gain DBS clearance
