Communications Manager
Bouygues UK - Southwark
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Communications Manager to join our team based at our head office near Waterloo Station. You will possess a hybrid of technical and soft skills with a strong focus on digital and be experienced at managing senior stakeholders.
The successful candidate will need to have strong knowledge of project management and best practices; be hugely organised and proactive, as a big portion of the role will be to keep everyone involved with a project on track. You will need to be a good communicator in order to motivate your team members and maximise their output.
Key Activities will include:
- Take ownership of a number of key Marketing projects, taking these from ideas through to completion
- Lead on marketing requests such as events, corporate content, videos, etc.
- Lead on Eloqua campaigns and reporting, chairing a collaborative working group
- Lead on Salesforce Marketing campaigns
- Manage key stakeholders, partner agencies and suppliers
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company, its products and goals and its client base to implement effective marketing campaigns
- Leverage on Group initiatives where relevant for marketing and communication projects
- Support a data driven approach with regular analytics and reporting on projects
- Manage effective use of O365 channels in the team including Teams and Sharepoint
