The role:

As a Business Improvement Analyst you will be responsible for reviewing, improving and redesigning business processes as part of Bouygues’ desire to continually improve service delivery to Customers.
Projects and tasks will focus heavily on enhancing operational efficiency improving cross functional team working whilst championing the needs of the Customer. 
You will actively welcome and support process improvements to enhance Customer service (internally and externally). 

The role will include:

  • Identify opportunities to improve the service, processes, procedures and tools used within the operational delivery and support service teams
  • Identify, plan and implement key projects to improve quality, reduce costs, increase productivity and improve operational efficiency by reducing wasted time, rework, etc. resulting in significant business improvement and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and deliver business improvement & change projects and solutions
  • Summarise large amounts of often complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Meticulously organise and plan your workload to ensure challenging deadlines are met
  • Develop knowledge and understanding of Bouygues and its change process to be able to provide advice, knowledge, support and assessment of change
  • Whilst progressing Bouygues’ process changes, procure expertise from subject matter experts from across the business
  • Progress multiple Bouygues change projects simultaneously both individually and as part of the wider team
  • Support the adoption of change through proximity to operations and delivery, exercising, training, active communication and awareness sessions
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the business, by encouraging employees, manager and process owners to actively seek improvements in their own activities and processes

Essential

  • Have excellent communication skills; verbal and non-verbal inc. written
  • Be able to present large amounts of complex information in a simple, clear and concise manner 
  • Be proficient at delivering presentations requiring decision with different levels of stakeholders
  • Be an excellent organiser and a meticulous planner, including project planning, managing a busy/varied workload while maintaining quality of work delivered
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to map business processes, identify waste and inefficiencies with recommendations for improvement
  • Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to drive Change & Improvement
  • Business analytical and project management skills

Desired

  • To have or be able to acquire an awareness of wider industry developments that may impact Bouygues
  • Previous experience supporting process improvements
  • Proficient in data analytical tools i.e. Power-Bi
