BI Specialist

As part of the Civil Works Alliance (CWA), we are proud to be supporting the groundbreaking Sizewell C project-a cornerstone of the UK’s future energy strategy, delivering reliable, low-carbon electricity to approximately 6 million homes for decades to come.

We are looking for an exceptional BI Specialist to join our dynamic team in London and lead the way in digital transformation within this vital project.

In this pivotal role, you will design, build, and implement Power BI dashboarding that empowers our leadership to make informed, data-driven decisions. Your expertise will drive the CWA’s journey to become a digitally-enabled alliance, setting the standard for digital reporting and analytics. You’ll work directly under the guidance of the Head of Project Controls and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure that our reporting and dashboarding systems are seamless, efficient, and align with our data strategy.

As a BI Specialist, you'll be a champion for automation, elevating the CWA processes through innovative digital tools and thinking. You'll lead the performance management initiatives and ensure the Civils Programme at SZC is equipped with sophisticated analytics to drive excellence in project delivery.

We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience delivering Power BI reporting within complex infrastructure projects. Your ability to create intuitive, impactful visualizations combined with a deep understanding of project controls will be key to your success in this role.
