Apprentice HR Assistant

Bouygues TP (Travaux Publics) UK is looking for a HR Apprentice to join their HR team .Are you a motivated individual who is seeking a career in HR. We will provide training and support via the apprenticeship scheme to support your development to become a HR professional. You would be working as part of our HR Service team and the role is a great opportunity to start a career in HR and gain valuable hands on experience. 

You will need:

• GCSE Maths and English at grade 9 to 4 or A to C
• Excel experience would be advantageous

The scope of the role will include:

• Help on the recruitment of interns
• Assist in the organisation of HR events and communication
• Development of our School relationships
• Help in the follow up of our early talents (V.I.E, Graduates, apprentices)
• Administration relating to appraisals, capability and probationary reviews and exit interviews
• Inducting new employees and ensuring the process is properly administered
• Maintaining and monitoring the HR administration and trainings systems to ensure the HR database and other platforms are up to date and accurate
• Update of our Corporate Presentations (PowerPoint)
• Providing reports or statistical data when requested (Excel and PowerBI)
