Administrator - Bid & Estimating

Bouygues Energies & Services Industry is recruiting an Administrator to join the Bid and Estimating Team based in Manchester.
As part of a growing team, the Administrator will support the critical function of our Bid and Estimating activities and will work on projects within the fields of Data Centres, Pharmaceutical / Clean Room Environments and Process Engineering. The successful candidate will support the Estimating, Bid and Business Development teams with the work winning process.
The Role
- Assist and support the Bid Managers and Estimating team with administration skills by the diligent management of incoming and outgoing information to client teams and supply chain.
- Management and recording of information flow and version control.
- Filing, archiving and managing client communications, vendor enquiries and quotations.
- Communication of information to internal teams.
- Support the team with organisation and coordination skills.
The Person:
Essential Criteria
- Be highly organised with strong language and numeracy skills.
- Manage multiple projects and tasks.
- Ability to take responsibility and be accountable.
- Attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to problem solve and provide solutions.
Desirable skills
- Experience gained within bid, estimating, administration, sales or marketing environment would be advantageous.
